All sales are final. Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Many items include reclaimed, vintage, or hand-altered elements that cannot be reproduced or replaced—which means we are unable to remake or exchange them for an identical version.

Exchanges may be considered in very rare and specific circumstances, and are entirely at our discretion. If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
